Matched deposit still locked?

Took a matched deposit offer last week, dropped the max to get the full promo. I’ve been doing mostly slots, figured I could clear the wagering in a couple days if I stuck to my usual routines. Now it’s been almost a week, and the bonus cash is still stuck in the “locked” state - site says I haven’t met the wagering requirement yet, but I swear I’ve spun way over the requirement unless their counter’s bugged again.

I’ve kept most bets the same, only upped the stake on two games, nothing crazy. Haven’t withdrawn anything early, no bonus abuse. Is it possible some slot bets aren’t counting? I did hit a few Megaways with low RTP, maybe that tripped something. Should I chase support or just keep spinning and see if it unlocks? Anybody else had a matched bonus get stuck way longer than advertised?
