betway bonus locked

bonus is sitting there, balance won’t move no matter what. i went through the deposit requirement and tried some low volatility spins, but the bonus is still tagged as locked. i’ve double-checked t&cs, don’t see anything about specific games being restricted, unless i missed some hidden clause about roulette or even using the auto-bet functions.

haven’t touched any of the excluded bets like red/black splits or anything over the max stake. support keeps saying play-through has to be finished, but the tracker hasn’t budged in days. i’m not a fan of chasing just to get rid of a bonus if it feels rigged from the backend.

others run into this before? wondering if it’s a stealth rule about certain games, or a glitch. numbers should line up, but here we are.

Maybe not a stealth rule, could just be their bonus system being trash lol, but yeah I’ve seen Live Dealer stuff not count right even when the terms look clean. I’d stop feeding it fast lmao

Yeah, i’ve had slots “count” at 0% while the pretty little tracker just sat there like a dead clock... If the balance won’t move after days, that’s backend garbage, not you missing some magic clause.

Yeah, had that crap before, tracker stuck 3 days and support just looped. Usually a glitch, sometimes autoplay spins dont count lol
