VIP bonus locked

so my vip bonus is just sitting there, completely locked. i hit the playthrough requirements for the last one, and this one popped up right after, but now nothing i do actually moves the meter. tried different live dealer tables, did a couple of slots, even reloaded in case it was a glitch. customer support keeps saying “soon” but can’t give a timeline or real answer. it’s annoying cause i’d just use the bonus for a few blackjack runs and withdraw whatever, but now i’m basically stuck.

anyone else have a bonus that got stuck like this? how long did it take to unlock for you?
