bonus cash stuck?

Got some bonus cash from a deposit and now it’s just sitting there in my balance. Can’t pull it out, and every time I try to use it at the roulette table, it keeps saying “bonus funds in use” with all these confusing requirements. Thought about switching to crypto tables to see if that changes anything but no luck so far.

I checked the wagering requirements and I think I’ve spun enough, but maybe I missed a step? I’m not usually this stuck but this promo has me second-guessing how it works. Anybody else have experience with bonus cash being tied up like this? Did you manage to get it unlocked without running it all the way down?

Lol “crypto tables” like they’re gonna bless the balance. Blackjack usually counts cleaner than roulette in bonus jail.

yeah this is exactly why i quit trying to clear bonus cash on roulette tbh. i screwed this up once thinking spins counted clean and then found out roulette was weighted like garbage while blackjack counted way better. bonus funds in use usually means ur still trapped in their playthrough math not that crypto changes anything. i kept chasing it before and just bled the balance down for nothing lol slow progress still counts tho if u switch to the game that actually contributes

I've run into similar stuff on Gamdom and other crypto casinos. The balance can look like you've finished the requirement while the bonus itself hasn't actually been converted yet.
