I screwed one up on a totals promo, thought it would catch after settle, nope. If it ain't on the slip it's PROBABLY dead.

Poker lag sucks, sure, but bonus terms tell you more. If rollover math needs a decoder ring, site's already dirty.

Yeah I’d look at the promo side before the game switch, had a dumb little cashback toggle on my account once and the second I moved into live dealer the bot froze me for review. Support was just bots, OF COURSE, half these sites can’t even show the terms straight without a maze of menus

Yeah maybe slots are pickier, but this sounds like busted promo tracking more than you doing anything "wrong". I’ve seen bonus sessions tag only off the promo launch token on mobile slots, search opens a clean game session, then they hide behind unclear bonus terms when it hits money
