odds token stuck

got an odds token from a promo, supposed to boost my payout if i hit on a parlay. i set it up on a three-leg soccer bet but when i went to check the pending bets, the token isn’t showing up like it’s being used. not really sure if it got applied or if i messed up the process somewhere along the way. clicked all the right boxes as far as i could tell but now it’s just kind of sitting there in limbo. feels like i either glitched it out or there’s some rule in the fine print that kicked it off my bet.

not my first time using these promos but never had one just hang up like this. i know some bonuses get held back if odds drop or lines move but this seems different. trying to figure out if i should cash out early or just let it ride and see what happens. really don’t want to lose the token or the boosted payout. anyone seen a promo token get stuck before and end up sorting itself out?
