boost token bug

Was trying to use a boost token on a parlay today and got hit with some weird glitch. Placed the bet, but the token just disappeared and my odds stayed the same - didn’t get the boosted payout at all. Checked my account history and it says token “applied,” but there’s no sign of it in the bet slip payout. Not the first time it’s happened, either. Couple friends in my regular blackjack group said they had a similar issue a while back and customer service just told them it’s a display thing.

Don’t want to waste hours arguing with support over something this minor but if this keeps happening it feels pointless to chase these promos. Anyone else getting this or am I just unlucky with these tokens?
