draftkings boost token vanished after odds changed right before i clicked

Had a boost token lined up for a baseball game, odds looked decent so I went for it, but right before I hit place bet the odds dropped a bit and the token just straight up disappeared from my slip. Didn’t use it on anything else and it’s not in my account now. Tried reloading, logging in and out, nothing. Super annoying since I was holding off all day to use it on this matchup.

Anyone else had their boost token vanish after odds switched last minute? Does this usually mean it’s just gone for good, or does it sometimes show back up later? Not sure if I should bother waiting it out or just assume it’s lost and move on. Anyone get customer support to actually help with this?

Same thing happened to me on a DK NHL boost. Odds moved, token went POOF, support was useless and it never came back.

tbh the part that bugs me is holding a boost all day for the “right” number. that’s exactly how these books get you staring at the slip like it owes you rent. i started treating boost tokens like a coupon, not bankroll, because once the line starts twitching the value is basically dead to me anyway. same reason i hate late reg poker when everyone swears the spot is still there. maybe it is, maybe not, but the clean edge is gone. and yeah, i’m a little salty because the one time i wait, that’s when the decent number evaporates.

Yesss, that’s the oldest Online Casinos promo move in the jar: screen hiccups, token poof. From my own messing around, if it vanishes on refresh it’s usually gone-gone.
