Betway odds token missing

Placed a football acca yesterday and was supposed to get an odds boost token as part of the promo, but nothing showed up in my account. Waited until after the match settled in case there was a delay, still nothing. Double checked the promo rules and I'm pretty sure I qualified - met the minimum odds, used real cash, even checked my account region matches the offer.

Getting a little tired of these promos vanishing into thin air. I usually focus on slots but figured I'd try mixing in some sports promos for a change. Not sure if I missed something obvious or if their system just bugs out sometimes. Anyone else not getting their promo tokens lately or am I just unlucky?
