bet365 promo token showed active then vanished after market suspended.

Had a promo bet token active on my account - checked it, saw it listed as usable, so figured I’d watch the lines before locking it in. Then the market gets suspended for a bit and once it opens again, the token is just gone. Not in my expired or used, not showing up anywhere. Noticed this has happened before but figured it was just timing. Now I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just how these promos are coded when the market closes.

I usually only mess with these bonuses for blackjack or to hedge slots volatility, but if they're just going to vanish that’s sort of tilting. Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed promo systems can be a little flaky across different sportsbooks. Gamdom has been pretty straightforward for me, but I've had Bet365 and a couple of others temporarily lose track of promo credits during live market changes.

"Flaky" is generous. Bet365 eats tokens on suspends.

I'd definitely keep an eye on the bet history and raise it with support if something doesn't look right.

Yeah, and people keep acting like it’s some little timing oops lol. Bet365’s been janky as hell for me way past promos, same vibe as their roulette where the results feel off and then support suddenly gets cute when money’s involved. Not you doing it wrong.
