free token gone

Had a free token sitting in my account for a couple days and figured I’d save it for a quiet session, then noticed today it just vanished. Not in my bonus history, not showing in the balance, nothing. I know sometimes they have time limits but I swear it didn’t say anywhere this one was on a timer. I keep an eye on dates usually but this one caught me off guard. Super frustrating because I was planning to use it on a low-risk run at roulette just to build up a little.

Now I’m wondering if anyone else has had these things just disappear without warning. Like, is it always just buried in the fine print somewhere? Don’t want to waste too much energy chasing down customer support over a single token, but it does make me hesitant to count on promos in the future. Gonna have to pay closer attention or maybe use them up quicker, I guess.

“Mine did” is different from it just ghosting. If a token actually expires, there’s usually some sad little entry in bonus history. When it vanishes clean, that’s back-end slop or they yanked it. Seen that on sketchy casinos, real real often.

It’s usually buried, yes. Same reason i quit trusting promo tokens and just played low-stakes poker instead.

poker's not some clean escape either, but slots freebies vanish faster than smoke. support will drag it out over one token sooo i don't bother

Saving a token for a quiet session makes sense, but these promos can disappear before you get around to using them.

Nah the part that fries me is when the token says roulette in the banner but live dealer roulette is somehow a different bucket in the backend, so you “still have it” until you tap in and it’s cooked lol seen that with wheel of fortune style bonus tracking too, buggy as HELL and support acts brand new lmao

The bit I’d fix is your idea of “saving it for roulette.” On crypto casinos, if a free token isn’t showing in the bonus ledger the second it lands, I treat it as vapor. That’s the blunt truth. I had one sitting there while I made tea, came back, still visible on the banner but nowhere in the actual account trail. Buggy tracking, messy backend, same old story. Since then I screenshot the offer page IMMEDIATELY or I assume it never really existed. Not elegant, but it keeps you sane.

Yep. Had one die while I was sitting in a Live Dealer lobby on my phone. Refreshes weird, token gone, support useless!!! I just burn em quick now.
