parlay insurance says paid but token never appeared in bet slip

got a weird one here - my parlay insurance promo shows as “paid” in the rewards section but no bonus token actually dropped into my bet slip or account balance. tried logging in and out, even switched devices like a true overthinker. still nothing. i know sometimes there’s delays but it’s been more than a day. support gave me the classic “it’s being reviewed” and told me to wait, which is about as reassuring as a roulette wheel in slow motion.

anyone else ever had this with promo tokens just vanishing into the ether? not my first time with promos acting up but this one’s playing extra hard to get. wondering if it’s a bug or just my luck doing its usual interpretive dance.
