Parlay insurance missing

saw the parlay insurance promos up for ages and now they’ve just totally disappeared from my feed the past week. tried the usual tabs, nothing shows up. i used them mainly for soccer props so it’s not like i’m searching weird sports or anything, just standard stuff. the bet slip doesn’t mention anything about insurance anymore either. usually i’d at least see a banner or something telling me why it’s gone.

i double-checked all the terms in case they tweaked requirements or made it opt-in, but it’s just poof. does anyone know if this is a glitch or they actually pulled these for good? did the promos dry up for everybody or is it just me?
