parlay insurance late

Saw something weird last night - my parlay tanked on the last leg and I figured, at least I'll get the parlay insurance. Only problem, the promo was showing in the list before I placed the bet but vanished by the time I tried to claim it. I even double checked my slip and everything matched, so no clue why it didn’t trigger. Live chat gave me the standard canned response and basically ghosted after "reviewing my account."

Anyone else getting this late parlay insurance issue? I’m starting to wonder if it’s a timing thing or if they're just quietly limiting folks who use it a lot. Do I need to opt-in every time or is there some hidden catch I missed? Would love to know if this happened to someone else and how you fixed it.
