parlay insurance late

Saw something weird last night - my parlay tanked on the last leg and I figured, at least I'll get the parlay insurance. Only problem, the promo was showing in the list before I placed the bet but vanished by the time I tried to claim it. I even double checked my slip and everything matched, so no clue why it didn’t trigger. Live chat gave me the standard canned response and basically ghosted after "reviewing my account."

Anyone else getting this late parlay insurance issue? I’m starting to wonder if it’s a timing thing or if they're just quietly limiting folks who use it a lot. Do I need to opt-in every time or is there some hidden catch I missed? Would love to know if this happened to someone else and how you fixed it.

Nah, the part that jumps out is the promo vanishing before placement, not the bet makeup. That’s the OLD trick lol. If the tile disappears, half the time the system already decided you’re not getting it and support just hides behind “reviewing your account” until you get bored. Classic.

Seen the same flavor of nonsense on slots promos too, banner there at 8:01, gone at 8:03, suddenly nobody can explain it. Amazing. If it was a real eligibility issue they’d say it clean. When they go fog machine mode, it’s usually a quiet limit or some dumb opt-in window that closed while you were building the slip. Bleak. I screenshot every promo now like a maniac lmao. Not because it fixes much, it doesn’t, but at least you know you’re not crazy.
