parlay insurance paid as token instead of cash

got hit with this new twist on parlay insurance where they pay you back as a token or site credit instead of straight cash. it threw me off since i planned to just reload my roll and move on, but now i gotta use the token on another bet before anything gets withdrawn. i'm cool with a free shot but it messes with my own risk plan, especially if i'm running a streak and wanna step back.

has anyone worked a way around these token payouts, or do you just adapt and play through them?
