betmgm same game parlay showed boosted odds in slip but settled at normal price.

put together a same game parlay for last night's nba game and it showed a boosted line in my slip before i placed it, but after the game settled my payout was just at the normal odds. pretty frustrating, especially because i was planning my risk expecting the bigger return. i'm pretty careful about taking screenshots of my slips, but this time i didn’t get one of the boost showing, just the regular confirmation after. customer support is slow and i haven’t gotten a straight answer yet.

i'm wondering if anyone else had this happen with a boost vanishing or not applying after you hit submit? i don’t normally do boosted parlays, so i’m trying to figure out if this is something that just glitches every once in a while, or if there’s a trick i missed about getting it locked in. slow improvement is fine with me, just don’t love thinking i hit a nice promo only to find out i didn’t get it.
