betmgm first touchdown promo tracked the bet but not the payout boost.

I had one of those first touchdown promos last night and the system tracked my bet fine, but the payout didn't get the promo boost. The qualifying bet showed up just like it should in my account history, but when the bet hit, only the regular winnings were paid out. Nothing extra, no bonus credit, nothing. There was a popup explaining the promo during placement so I don't think I missed a step, but now I’m not sure what the hangup is.

Have any of you run into this kind of delay or glitch with their promos? I double-checked the T&Cs to make sure I wasn’t excluded and my account’s up to date. I’m not super impatient about waiting a day or so, but just want to know if this is a pattern or if there’s some extra step that doesn’t get flagged well. Been focusing on promos more since slots have cooled off and I could use any hints on timing or payout visibility with these specials.

had this once when geocomply blinked for like 8 seconds during placement. bet logged fine boost didnt attach. same junk on the online casino side too if the session hiccups, their tracker gets weird fast rn

Geocomply for 8 seconds is enough, yeah. I missed a slots promo off one stupid wifi burp once, or sooo they claimed

8 seconds is plenty, tbh. Had a poker bonus miss off one dumb location flicker and support acted like I imagined the whole thing.

That sounds like one of those promo credits that can take a little time to post. BetMGM says some promo rewards can take up to around 24 hours after the qualifying bet settles, so I'd give it a day before assuming it's a glitch. Same thing I'd check with Vega.bet or any other sportsbook too, especially the exact promo terms.

betmgm promo copy is always doing little gotcha nonsense lol half the time its min odds or straight bet only buried in tiny text. had a poker opt in there do the same thing once and yeah i stopped caring fast lmao

Maybe, but I wouldn’t call it a glitch that fast, these first TD promos are usually credited separate and later, that’s the part people skip over. I’ve had Live Dealer promos lag worse than sportsbook boosts, tracked clean then dribbled in hours later, support was useless though
