betmgm parlay boost hit but payout looks like normal odds not boosted

So last night I got a parlay boost offer, took it on a 4 leg football bet, and all legs hit. When I checked my bet history the payout just looked exactly like it would’ve at regular odds, but it did show the boost was supposedly “applied.” My ticket doesn’t break down what odds were used, it just has the same decimal as what my betslip had before the boost. I even screenshotted the offer in case anything went sideways, but now I’m questioning if I misunderstood how these boosts actually work.

Anyone else ever run into this? I figure the boost should be baked into the odds or payout, right? Or do they sometimes pay out the extra later as some kind of promo money? Getting a bit paranoid since this has happened to me before at a different site. Just trying to keep the long game in check - should I chase this up with customer support or wait it out?

Same lol, the screenshot part is sooo real. I do that with slot bonuses after getting burned once

yeah i'd chase it now, not later. odds boost on a parlay is supposed to show in the settled payout, not some mystery extra dribbling in after the fact lol. when the ticket says "boost applied" but the return still matches regular odds, that's exactly the kind of lazy backend crap i side-eye. i've had this with online casinos/sportsbooks where support suddenly finds the right number only after i send the screenshot and the bet id. don't wait around counting on them to fix it themselves, they usually won't lmao

I'd chase it. Boosts miss the return.

I'd double-check the promo terms first, sometimes the return is handled differently than expected.

Terms matter, sure, but I've had "applied" mean jack. I waited once and support played dumb.

Waiting can sometimes resolve things, but if it doesn't, having documentation makes it much easier to get an answer.

I'd compare the expected payout from your original screenshot with what actually got credited. If they don't match, I'd definitely contact support.
