odds boost profit missing

So I took one of those odds boosts on the big game last night, went through all the steps, and the payout just shows up at the regular rate in my account. I double-checked the promo terms and I'm pretty sure I qualified. No weird parlays or cash outs, just a straight bet. It's not a huge amount but it's definitely off by the difference the boost should have paid.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me, but usually it clears up after a few hours. Been almost a day now. Anyone else see this happen with odds boosts before? How long did it take to sort out, and did you need to actually contact support or did it fix itself?
