odds boost settled wrong?

so i had an odds boost on a soccer match, thought it was a pretty easy one, both teams to score and one to win, got it all right. but when it paid out, it was just the normal odds, not the boosted ones they showed before i placed the bet. double checked my slip and everything looks in order. now i'm not sure if it was just a glitch or if i missed some fine print somewhere. anybody else get this before, or do they sometimes fix it later after it settles?

Slip screenshot matters more than the settle.

yeah, i've had that crap before and tbh it was my mistake once: the boost was showing on the banner, but the bet slip never actually carried it over because of some daft minimum stake or leg condition. if your settled slip only shows normal odds, they usually don't "fix it later" unless support manually coughs it up.

minimum stake got me on crypto too

Crypto is exactly where these promos turn into clown math. They love listing a minimum in fiat terms, then your coin amount dances around because the price moved a hair between click and submit, and suddenly your return gets graded like you were 37 cents short. I had one where the cutoff was $25 and the slip landed at $24.62 by settlement timestamp logic or whatever made-up nonsense they use. That’s why I treat “boost” like a flashing red light, not a perk. If the bet needs a calculator and a conversion window, it’s already telling you what it is.

That minimum stake bit is ALWAYS the grub.

Lol “pretty easy” on both teams to score + one to win? What was it, 2-1?

Yesss had that once, they fixed it hours later and I was mad as hell. Did your slip actually say boost applied, like a Blackjack side bet tag or no

"a day later" is the part that gets me, promos always need overnight repentance before they remember the boost existed

Nah, the overnight part isn’t even what bugs me, it’s when the betting markets get renamed mid-match and suddenly your boost is attached to thin air. Had that crap at a crypto casino book on a same-game soccer slip, support acted like I’d mixed up a split bet table layout. USELESS.

The part people miss is the boost and the bet often settle on different promo rails, sooo if the market gets remapped after kickoff it pays at base odds first and the bonus ledger catches up later, if at all. Same lazy back-end nonsense you see all over online casinos, honestly.
