casino bonus cleared but withdraw still says active bonus funds attached

Finished my bonus requirements ages ago, got the “cleared” pop up and everything, but when I try to cash out it still says I’ve got active bonus funds. Not sure if their system is just lagging or if I missed something in the fine print. Checked my transaction history and there’s no extra chips or phantom balance anywhere, just my regular cash now.

Used to seeing shady rollover tricks, but this one’s got me scratching my head. Never had a cleared bonus show up as “active” after meeting the requirements. Debating if it’s worth hassling with support or if I’m just overlooking some random term. Anybody run into this before where your cash out stays blocked for no good reason? Been on a decent blackjack streak and would hate for this to drag out and kill the run. Might just be paranoid, but who isn’t after playing online for a bit?

Yes, i’ve run into it, and the part people keep skipping is game weighting. These places love to flash “cleared” on the front end while the cashier still treats certain play like it barely counted or counted wrong. Blackjack is one mess, but roulette is where i’ve seen the ugliest bookkeeping. I had one bonus show as done, then the back end still had a handful of roulette spins marked at reduced contribution, so the cash balance looked clean and the withdraw screen still acted married to the bonus. That’s not paranoia, that’s just how these outfits are built. If it were me, i’d stop playing entirely and let it sit a bit. Waiting is the only move that doesn’t give them fresh excuses

This is why Crypto Casinos annoy me: they mash promo and cash in one janky wallet and call it a feature. Had this exact crap after a dogshit slots run, and support was ALL bot-brain nonsense

I'd double-check whether there's a pending free spin, cashback reward, or another promo attached to your account. Sometimes it's not the bonus you just cleared that's causing the message.

Good call. Another active promo or pending reward can sometimes trigger those messages, so it's worth checking your promotions and account status before assuming it's a bug.

"pending reward" is always some sad $5 blackjack crumb in my experience. Enough to jam cashout, not enough to buy a coffee

yeah, with reload promos mostly. the wagering can be done and the bonus flag still sits there till some manual sweep, support calling it a “review” while your cashout just rots, real real standard stuff
