poker bonus cleared but cashout page still says restricted funds

finished the poker bonus and played through way more than the requirements, so the "bonus" bit on my account finally says zero, which should mean i can take out cash. but when i try to actually go to the cashout section, it keeps marking some of my balance as "restricted funds." i didn’t accept any new promos and haven’t deposited again. all the bonus emails are checked off. just doesn’t make sense.

anyone run into this before? i keep my sheets pretty tight so i don’t miss stuff like new terms. i get it if there's like a delay for their system or whatever, but it’s been over 48 hours. feels like every casino gets more fiddly after you win, no matter how clean your history is. good habits gotta outlast the glitchy streaks.
