poker bonus cleared but cashout page still says restricted funds

finished the poker bonus and played through way more than the requirements, so the "bonus" bit on my account finally says zero, which should mean i can take out cash. but when i try to actually go to the cashout section, it keeps marking some of my balance as "restricted funds." i didn’t accept any new promos and haven’t deposited again. all the bonus emails are checked off. just doesn’t make sense.

anyone run into this before? i keep my sheets pretty tight so i don’t miss stuff like new terms. i get it if there's like a delay for their system or whatever, but it’s been over 48 hours. feels like every casino gets more fiddly after you win, no matter how clean your history is. good habits gotta outlast the glitchy streaks.

Yeah, I’ve seen this on crypto casinos when the poker side settles slower than the cashier ledger, and its maddening. Not even a “bonus” thing half the time, just some dumb pending item the cashout page treats like contaminated money. I had it happen after late reg refunds and unposted rake adjustments, of all things. Support was useless, just bot loops, sooo I dug through transaction history instead of the promo tab. If youre on crypto, did you have any rakeback drip, ticket refund, or rebuy credit hit after the bonus hit zero? That tiny stuff is where they hide the mess.

Nah, the “they got weird because you won” part is what bugs me. Bonus systems are just janky as helllll and promos split balances into dumb wallet buckets. I had $86.40 stuck as restricted over one leftover tournament token until support manually cleared it.

half the time its not even the terms, its some stale backend flag that never drops, i had it stick after a blackjack promo was long dead and support had to manually clear it. but yeah if they can mark funds restricted they can say exactly why right there not make u guess
