matched bonus cleared but max cashout rule still capped my real money win

so i did the whole routine - grabbed a matched deposit bonus, played through the required spins, even kept tight records for the rollover. after clearing, i hit a decent win on a slot, thought it’d finally pay off for once. but when i went to cash out, they told me there’s a max cashout rule still capping my withdrawal way lower than the win. their argument is that since i used bonus funds originally, everything till the max stays bonus-restricted even if my balance is all real money now.

this isn’t the first time i’ve heard of it, but i thought once you completed the wager requirements your balance just becomes regular cash. i don’t chase after little promos so i don’t have to beg for every dollar, but this kind of rule really makes me double-check if it’s even worth doing the promos at all. is it just me missing something in the fine print, or is this a standard thing now with matched bonuses?

Nah, that max cashout crap is common now lol. Same reason I stick to roulette/raw cash over bonus bait.

Nah, not new. Matched bonuses in online casinos hide max cashout junk a lot.

Yeah, that's standard scumbag bonus math on slots. "Cleared" rarely means uncapped.
