free chip bonus says max cashout $100 but cashier capped me at $50

Used a free chip promo that had the terms clearly saying $100 max cashout, did all my wagering and made it to $118, but when I tried to cashout the cashier only let me request $50. I double checked the T&C and it still says $100 max for this one, so I’m a little confused if I missed something or if this is just something that happens sometimes with these promos. I didn’t see anything in the fine print about specific caps for the cashier or separate withdrawal rules after you hit the max.

Normally I’ll just chalk this up as bad luck but this kind of stuff is why I’m skeptical about playing these “no deposit” slots offers too often. Has anyone else run into the cashier limiting the cashout below the stated max for a bonus like this? Not sure if it’s worth arguing with support, or if they just always go with whatever their internal limit is. Just seems odd when their promo page was clear as day about the $100 cap.

its not even a poker thing, thats just them running 2 rulebooks at once and the cashier wins every time. had it on blackjack after 35x rollover on a 10 free chip, meter was done and the backend still tagged it promo for like 14 hours. support will waste ur time and call it a system limit, which is cute

Had that on a free chip too, support hid behind "cashier rules" and i got $50. Sooo yeah, salty bc mine was $99.80 lolll

Yeah, I’ve had that exact cashier cap stunt. If promo says $100 and cashier stops at $50, that’s not “confusing,” it’s just them hoping you won’t push it. I’d argue it, HARD, because that split between promo page and cashier is a real tell tbh.

That $118 is the part that got me. Hit $117 on slots once and suddenly the cashier got REAL selective 🙄

I’d definitely take that up with support. If the promo explicitly says $100 max cashout but the cashier is limiting you to $50, ask them to show the exact term that applies to your specific free chip.

If the promo clearly states a $100 max cashout but the cashier only allows $50, contact support with screenshots of the terms, and you can also check whether Power.win has similar withdrawal restrictions.
