free chip winnings capped but cap wasnt on the promo banner

Just got off a promo with a free chip and ran it up nicely, only to hit a withdrawal cap I didn’t see anywhere on the promo banner or summary. Dug into the terms after and yeah, it was in the full T&Cs but definitely not on the main promo ad. Feels kinda shady, not gonna lie. I usually do the fine print dance before claiming anything, but this time I slipped because the banner looked straightforward and didn’t hint at any max cashout.

Curious if anyone’s had luck talking support into paying out more than the cap, or if they ever bend on these. I get promos need limits, but at least flag it clearly upfront. This time I’m annoyed at myself, but a bit at them too.

Lol “banner looked straightforward” was it a live dealer free chip or slots, and they hid the cap in the clickthrough?

Slots, almost always. On crypto casinos I keep seeing 50x max cashout buried one tap deeper, its so cheap.

if it was blackjack id be even madder tbh... capping a clean run after hiding it one tap deep is cheap as hell lol not some cute promo gotcha 😒

"banner looked straightforward" is how they get you. If it was Poker, cap was baked in from the first click.

Nah, support isn’t gonna freestyle past the cap because the banner was pretty lol, that’s not how these promos work. I had a blackjack free chip run turn into coupon money once, after that I treat every “free” chip like it already belongs to them.

Roulette or not, if the cap ain't by claim it's still scummy lol support wont budge

Yeah, but poker promos are worse: high minimums, then the cap's buried. Same trick.

Slots promos do this most. Banner says free, cashier finds religion after you win. Support never misses that part, funny enough.

If the cap is clearly in the full terms, support probably won't override it, unfortunately. I'd still ask them why it wasn't disclosed on the main promo page though.

"main promo page" lol yeah that's the part i trusted once too, dumb move. Ask support anyway, I got a pity bump one time on a sports bonus

Yeah this is why i quit doing free chips on live dealer, learned it the dumb way too, ran one up then got the cute little max cashout line after. Support acted shocked, VERY convenient, i'd still be mad too

Banner "looked straightforward" lol did it say max cashout anywhere near claim?

If the cap wasn’t sitting right by the claim button, that’s the whole scammy part to me. I’d want to know the dumb specific thing: was this a free chip you used on Roulette, and did the cashier show the cap before you spun a single number, or only after you hit cashout…
