promo banner said no wager but cashier still locked winnings behind rollover

Has anyone else run into this? I went for a bonus that had this big "no wager" tag on the banner, looked straightforward, so I tried it. But once I had some winnings, the cashier section suddenly slapped on a rollover requirement. I'm usually pretty careful reading promo details since I review casinos for fun, but this one felt sneaky. Double checked the terms page and it was honestly worded pretty vaguely - almost like they wanted to lure people in with the banner then hide the real catch until later.

Am I missing something or does this just happen way more than it should? Do you guys usually trust the promo banners, or is it better to assume there's always some hidden condition waiting?

Yeah this happens way more than it should, and half the time it’s not even the banner part, it’s the cashier/bonus system being a mess. I’ve had roulette wins sit locked because one stupid 5% contribution rule was still attached to the bonus bucket and the cashier acted like I owed a million spins. Support will swear it’s “automatic” like that makes it better. I don’t trust the cashier status at all until I see exactly how roulette counts before I play. Did yours show the rollover meter before you placed anything, or only after you won, because that part matters real real fast

What gets me is the bonus flag sticking to the whole account session, not just that one promo. Ngl I’ve had a “cash” spin later the same night still treated like promo money because the system never fully cleared the tag. Then support acts like it’s normal backend stuff. That’s the part people miss imo: “no wager” can still mean your balance is contaminated by promo status. If the cashier can’t show separate buckets cleanly, I assume the promo is trash.
