played buffalo king for wagering and casino later says game was “restricted provider”

Got hit with something weird today. Was clearing a wagering requirement and spun Buffalo King for like two hours before the casino says the provider is “restricted” and none of my play counts toward the bonus. The game’s just sitting in the slots section with nothing to warn me, no padlock icon, nothing - just click and play. Only found out after support said my progress was zero. Pretty tilting after so many spins just burned for nothing.

Anyone ever had this? I swear half the promos have more fine print than an insurance policy. Trying to be disciplined with bonuses but this kind of thing makes it a minefield. Kicking myself for not double-checking, but also feels like they could make these rules more clear. The promo page just said “selected slots” but had no list attached, so how are you supposed to know? I’m just out here trying to grind WR and not lose my mind.

Yeah I’ve had that exact junk, not on Buffalo King but on roulette bonus play, they let the wheel load and spin fine then support acts like you were supposed to guess it was excluded?! If a game is restricted it should be greyed out, not sitting there live in the casino like bait, that part always tells me the promo is half trap half typo!!!

Two hours on Buffalo King lol... Did roulette count or was everything just "selected" bs?

Roulette usually gets nuked too. I learned the dumb way: if I wouldn't play it in poker, I screenshot WR.

Poker face, same scam

Nah the real tell is when a book/casino has zero actual game list and just hides behind “selected slots” lmao, that’s junk-tier review stuff on sight. I had one let me deposit, let buffalo king spin fine, then magically “restricted” after, warm seat energy, i’m out lol

Roulette usually "counts" at 0% or some crumbs, which is its own little joke. I did 40 minutes on a euro wheel once before finding the cap buried in terms, and that cured me fast enough

Sure, you should’ve checked first. But if buffalo king launches clean and support later says zero, that’s just buggy bonus tracking clown stuff lol live dealer gets tagged, slots don’t.

Seen this before. If a casino says "selected slots" and wont name them, the bonus is already dead!!! I quit grinding after they voided my poker play at 2 a.m. Over a provider switch.

It’s always the same hour because that’s when the back office finally catches up and decides your money belongs to them, tbh. My blunt rule now: if a bonus page says “selected slots” with no actual list, I treat it like zero value and play cash or not at all. Learned that the hard way after keeping my poker roll clean and letting the casino side turn into a sock full of leaks. Buffalo King’s just the name this week. The whole setup is lowkey built to punish anyone trying to grind neat.

That 2 a.m. Stuff is when they do the fake bookkeeping. If they can't flag buffalo king live, i treat poker and every bonus there as dead money

But yeah, 2 a.m. Is cursed

Yeah but crypto casinos pull this constantly!!! If it spins, i assume it won’t count 😐
