casino changed the eligible games list while i was already halfway through wagering

was running through a reload offer, got maybe 55% of the way through the wagering requirements, just grinding my usual blackjack tables, then got hit with a popup saying the game is no longer eligible. checked the terms and the eligible games list really did change, right in the middle of my progress. my play didn’t count for the rest, had to switch to slots to keep going. i tracked everything and i’m sure i did nothing shady, but when i asked support, they just said “terms can be updated at any time.”

now i’m thinking maybe this is more common than i thought. i usually pick casinos based on their blackjack-friendly promos but if they can just change the rules on the fly, kinda blows the whole value. i’ve seen folks get shut out for max betting or obvious bonus abuse but this was just dead regular low-stakes stuff.

has anyone else had their promo conditions change during play? is this a fight worth pushing, or do most folks just take the loss and move on?

55% through on blackjack and they flip it? Mean little trick.

Halfway through and they pull that? I've had Poker bonus tracking vanish at 60% too. VERY dull trick, support never fixes it 🙂

Mid-wager rule swaps are scummy as hell lol, same energy as books voiding a live Sports Betting line after it hits

Yeah this gets waved off like “terms change lol” but nah, there’s a difference between updating a promo page and changing contribution mid-run while you’re already in it. Online casinos do this all the time with blackjack because they want the volume, just not from the game you started on, support knows exactly what they’re doing lmao

Did the promo page actually show a timestamp, or just that mid-shoe popup lol? That part matters sooo much if you push support

Mid-shoe popup is the part that stinks, yeah. Did your wager ledger show the exact hand where blackjack stopped counting?!

mid-shoe is enough for me to walk

screenshots are fine but the wager ledger is the thing, before and after the switch. i had one pull this on me, 312 slot spins suddenly counted and the last 40 bj hands didnt, support just kept pasting the same line back at me

Live Dealer blackjack gets clipped first. Seen crypto casinos flip contrib from 10% to 0% mid-run and support play dumb.

Power.Win’s promo terms are worth checking closely before grinding through the wagering.

Yeah, had it happen mid-play. I ate it once. Now i stick to poker over bonus blackjack crap

I usually try to double-check the promo terms first so I know what counts before I start playing.

This is exactly why transparent promo systems matter. On platforms like Power.win, I'd still check the specific bonus terms before joining, but players shouldn't have to constantly worry that the rules will silently change during active wagering.

Lol "power.win" is absolutely some mid reload bonus with support copy-pasting at you while blackjack gets yanked lmao
