casino removed a slot from bonus list while i was still wagering on it

Has anyone had this happen before? I was working through a bonus and using my usual slot game, since it was definitely listed for bonus play when I started. About halfway into my wagering, I went to spin again and suddenly got a notice the game’s not eligible anymore. It didn’t even show up on the bonus games list after that. Tried reaching out to support but all I got was a canned answer about game eligibility updates.

Honestly, this messes with my usual discipline. I try to keep stable routines with slot selection so I don't trip up the bonus rules. Did you ever have a casino pull a game mid-wager like this, and did they do anything for you?

If the game was definitely eligible when you started the bonus, I'd ask support whether the change applies immediately or only to new bonuses. That seems like an important distinction. I've seen similar questions involving Gamdom.

Screenshot the bonus page before you spin. Support forgets what was on their own site by breakfast, funny that. I keep bonus slots and blackjack in separate buckets.

The timing of any bonus change matters, so I’d check with support to confirm whether it affects existing bonuses or only new ones.

That is a good point. I’d confirm with support whether the change applies to existing bonuses or only new ones.

Support's gonna parrot terms either way, I'd switch to poker over slots for rollover, fewer gotcha edits mid-bonus!!!

Yeah, seen it at crypto casinos, they swap bonus-eligible slots mid-rollover and act like the terms being "live" covers it. I had one pull a 20-line slot at 58% wagering done, support gave me nothing except the same canned line, so I just count that as them shaving liability and move on
