Promo payout capped?

I grabbed a sports bet promo the other day where they matched my deposit, and I hit a small parlay win. When I went to cash out, I realized the payout was capped at way less than I thought. I checked the fine print and sure enough, there’s a pretty low max on bonus cashouts. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this but it seems like the caps keep getting sneakier.

From a statistics angle, promo funds don’t go as far as they make you think with these limits in place. Does anyone else always get stuck at the max payout, or is there a way around this I’m missing?
