Bonus wagering caps: why can't you just win unlimited with a bonus.

been messing around with a few casino bonuses lately, and always hit this wall where i can’t really cash out big even if i get lucky. like i’ll build up a decent stack on roulette or blackjack, but then the bonus rules kick in and there’s this max win or payout cap. so you could run hot and still only take a small slice.

i get they have to protect themselves, but honestly, it just feels weird that they push all these promos but slap on these tight limits. am i missing something or is it really just about them not wanting to risk a big payout? has anyone actually managed to beat the cap and cash out, or does everyone just hit the ceiling and stop?
