i'd skip the support dance, honestly. on roulette i've had “clear enough” rules get fuzzy the minute money was coming back, even had a winning bet voided once, so this is not you being picky, it's the same old habit of keeping live play just blurry enough to argue about after the fact.

cashback offer ignored live dealer losses even tho banner showed live games

so i jumped on this cashback deal since the flashy banner had live tables all over it, thought it would sweeten the sting from yesterday's lovely streak of unlucky spins at roulette and some blackjack. turns out support says my live dealer losses don’t count cause it's just for slots. banner didn’t mention that at all, just showed a dude playing at a live table, which feels pretty sus been around enough to know promos always have some gotchas but man, can't help but laugh when the fine print is hiding better than my lucky quarter. anyone else catch stuff like this or just me being picky?
