played dice after claiming rakeback and now withdraw says bonus restriction active

Claimed some rakeback earlier today, ran a dice session with about 25 bets, now got hit with this “bonus restriction active” when I try to withdraw. Thing is, I thought rakeback wasn’t a real bonus with playthrough or any requirements tied to it. There was nothing about a wagering requirement in the popup when I claimed either. Support is taking forever to get back, so I can’t figure out what’s triggering it.

Anyone seen this after playing dice? Did I mess up something with the game choice or maybe betting too soon after claiming? Curious if this is a dice-specific thing or if other games can trigger the same block.
