played dice on auto for 20 mins and casino says session needs risk review

so i had dice running on auto, nothing crazy, low stakes, mostly flat bet with the occasional double when i felt the edge, and after like 20 mins i get this message that my session needs a risk review and my balance is locked until it’s done. first time this has happened to me and i’m not sure if it’s just random or if they’re flagging some pattern in my bets. never saw anything like this when i grind roulette, even when i hammer out 500+ spins in a row.

if anybody’s seen this before, i’m curious how long it usually takes to clear up. not sure if this is some new policy with dice games or just the system being wonky. would appreciate hearing if this is something that happens a lot lately.
