deposit match cleared but withdraw still says bonus restriction active

finished the deposit match a couple days ago, met the stated playthrough on blackjack and all the stats on my account show the bonus is at 100%. funds are now in the cash wallet, but every time i try to withdraw it still says “bonus restriction active.” support just keeps giving me copy-paste answers about clearing requirements but won’t say what i’m missing.

i’m wondering if anyone else here ever had this stick like glue even after the playthrough showed done. did it eventually drop off on its own or is there something hidden they aren’t telling me to look for?
