crypto casino asking me to resend tx hash even tho deposit page shows the same address

Sent in a crypto deposit and the casino's asking me to resend the tx hash even though the deposit page shows the same wallet address every single time. I've triple checked, the address matches exactly, no weird characters, and my transaction is confirmed on-chain with plenty of blocks. Their support says they can't find it unless I give the hash again, but I've already sent screenshots and the actual hash itself. Not my first time on this site, but first time running into this. Doesn't it seem odd that they wouldn't just track by the wallet address, especially since it's not a unique one-off deposit address per user? Am I missing something obvious here? Anyone else deal with this and actually get it resolved or should I be worried?

888poker asked for bank statement after i withdrew less than i deposited overall

Made a withdrawal the other day and got hit with a bank statement request, even though my total deposits are still higher than what I’ve cashed out so far. I get that these checks are getting more common, but it threw me off because the numbers don’t look suspicious to me. Feels weird since I’m not even cashing out more than I put in, so there shouldn’t be any questions about where the money’s coming from. Is this just standard policy everywhere now or do some places only do these extra checks if the net withdrawal’s over the deposit? Have folks run into the same thing, and does it usually slow down the payout much? Curious if it’s better to just have these docs ready from now on, or if that’s overkill.

dealer rotation weird

Saw something odd last night during a live poker session - dealers weren’t rotating at the usual intervals. One stayed in for almost an hour while others swapped out every 15 minutes or so. I get that sometimes they might have to adjust if someone's on break or something, but this felt off. Didn’t see any obvious mistakes or favoritism, but it’s just weird since rotation is supposed to keep the game fair. Is this something you guys have noticed before, and should I care if it happens again?

Main thing people miss: on most free bets the stake is not returned, so there usually is no “full payout including stake” to count. The taxable number is the cash that actually settled to you. I log what hit the account, period. Same way I track poker promos: what posted matters, not the fake face value!!!

Maybe it does resolve later, sure, but I would not sit there acting like the software has everything neatly squared away. When roulette freezes with chips still painted on the layout, that is the part I hate most, because the ball outcome can be in the backend while your screen is dead and you’re left staring at fake certainty. Had it once on a live table and once on a mega roulette feed, and both times the bet was already decided before my view caught up. Support had to manually point me to the round ID. Same garbage feeling as when a poker client hangs right as the river comes off and you just know the hand is over without you. Irritates me more than it should, probably because I never seem to get these freezes on losing spins, funny how that works!!!

Mostly in your head. I did the dull thing and tracked a few hundred spins in classic roulette on the back of a receipt during a long dealer shift, same way I keep poker notes, and columns did not show me some magic repeater behavior at all. What changed was my own bad habit of bumping stakes after two near-misses. I stick with dozens because tossing a small straight number on top is cleaner. That’s it!!!

Stake tennis live delay bad

Noticed the live betting delay on tennis is starting to get pretty rough, especially during fast-paced games where every point swings momentum. I get the need for some lag to prevent courtsiding, but lately it feels like it's getting out of hand. I used to find value on fast market bets, but now half the time the odds are suspended or settle before I can even get anything locked in. Curious if others are seeing the same and if this is just going to keep getting worse for tennis bettors.

Frankly, people overstate how “confusing” cluster pays are. It is not Poker. You do not need to decode human behavior, just read the paytable and watch what counts as touching. If a symbol splits the group, I’ve never seen that magically forgiven. The part that annoys me is when folks skip the rules screen entirely. What game was it, exactly, and did you check whether diagonals counted?
