matched bonus voided because i changed games too fast apparently

So I just had a matched bonus balance pulled back after a pretty good run on some slots, got flagged for "switching games too rapidly" which apparently triggers some abuse detection. Never even heard of that being a rule, thought the only thing was not playing excluded games or betting over max. Felt totally random and the chat support just said it’s in their terms, even though I dug through and couldn't find anything about speed of switching.

Has anyone else run into this before? Is this actually normal or just an excuse to deny a payout when you hit big?
