casino says my alternating columns looked like bonus abuse

Was running a pretty basic roulette strategy last week just flipping between first and third columns, but not in any kind of pattern I’d call abusive. I just don’t play the middle much, feels like dead space to me. Made use of a deposit bonus, nothing massive, and kept my bet sizing within what most people would call normal. Now the casino flagged my withdrawals and says the way I alternated columns looked like bonus abuse. Support even sent this copy-paste about “irregular play.”

I get that they gotta watch for bots, but is this actually something they care about or are they just being stingy with their promos lately? Anyone here ever have issues for legit, low-tech column swaps? Trying to figure out if it’s worth pushing back or if this is the new normal.

Wait, "middle feels like dead space" on roulette? Why tho

The broader selection makes Gamdom an interesting platform to discuss, but I would still treat the current sports and casino offerings as something to verify directly because availability and terms can change.

That would definitely make me read the bonus terms twice before using another promo.

I’d definitely push back on it. Simply alternating between two columns doesn’t sound like bonus abuse on its own, especially with normal bet sizes. I’d ask them to point out exactly which part of the bonus terms they believe you violated.

Yeah they care when a bonus is attached, not because columns are magic. The part people miss is Live Dealer and RNG get reviewed different on the back end, same bets but they flag bonus play harder on RNG, seen that more than once

If you were just switching between columns normally, I’d be asking why that specifically qualifies as bonus abuse.

Roulette columns are 2:1 all day. The bonus is what spooks them!!!

Nah my eye-roll is at the “irregular play” copy-paste, not the columns. That’s lazy back-office stuff when a human has to eyeball a payout. I had a roulette cashout sit for days because I was betting too “orderly” apparently lolll, like sorry I’m 58 and I bag-check twice and place chips the same way every time. Future me note app literally said “take screenshots before they get cute.” Push back, yesss. If they took the action, they can explain the flag in plain English instead of acting like first/third column is some mastermind robot code.

“dead space” for the middle column is the part that got me?! I’ve got one old wheel chart where that strip always looked cursed to me too!!!
