casino says “irregular play” but i only did small blackjack bets then one big slot buy

so i’ve been grinding blackjack super low stakes, like mostly minimum bets, for a while just to clear my head after work. wasn’t chasing anything wild, just a few bucks here and there. then i hit this mood where i put the rest of my balance into a slot bonus buy, not really thinking i’d hit anything, but i actually did okay. now the casino’s saying my play was “irregular” and they’re stalling on the withdrawal.

i get the idea behind not wanting people to abuse promos, but i didn’t even use a bonus, just ran through my deposit. feels like they want to keep my money just cause the pattern wasn’t “normal” to them. has anyone else run into this sort of thing? did you actually get paid out or did they just keep dragging it?

What gets me is “irregular” is always somehow clear enough to stop a cashout, never clear enough to point to an actual rule. In poker you can nit around for an hour then shove three hands, nobody calls the manager, variance cuts both ways and they hate that part

If you didn’t use a bonus or violate the game rules, ask support to explain exactly which “irregular play” rule applies and provide the relevant transaction history.

Pull the game log, sure, but "irregular play" is usually just code for delayed payouts once one bonus buy lands. Seen that script too many times.

I'd keep all your game history and ask support for the exact reason your withdrawal is under review. Make them be specific instead of accepting a copy-paste response.
