Live blackjack ain't slots, poker logic!!!
Support never explains it properly in poker terms or any terms!!! "irregular" is just stall sauce to me
The canned chat is the part that kills me. Had dk bounce me between three reps over a live nba prop like they were shuffling a dead poker hand, same script every time, no actual reason, just beige corporate fog and off it goes
saw a weird one with a basketball prop bet that got voided, even though the player was on the court for the first few minutes and everything seemed fine. usually it’s obvious like if they don’t play at all, but this guy got like two points before something glitched and the bet disappeared out of my settled list. tried the help chat and got the classic copy-paste answers about “house rules” and “unexpected events” but that didn’t explain why this particular bet got yanked. it wasn’t a late scratch, no injury, and the official box score counted all his stats. sometimes i wonder if there's a hidden rule they don’t spell out, or if their systems just wig out randomly. anybody else ever have a prop or parlay leg get voided for no clear reason? looking for theories or inside info here.
Refresh is the tell, not the roadmaps
had a weird one today with a free bet, single leg on an nba game, put it down for over on points and it definitely hit, but when i checked it later it said void. zero clue why since the game happened, no player got injured or anything crazy. i always go over the terms with a fine-tooth comb comes from too many late poker nights getting stung by weird rules and didn’t see anything about what could void it in this case. wondering if anybody else has run into this? feels like a bug or maybe the market wasn’t supposed to be open? never had this with a free bet before when the leg actually won.
Honestly the dull part is a “major event” popup with no instant event log in 2026. Even old video poker usually coughs up a hand history, but these slots play cute with the paytable and memory. I had one eat a 240x bonus once and support went quiet for 9 days!!!
so i deposited a few times over the past month using the same card, no issues. now i hit a small win on the blackjack table, go to withdraw to that same card, and suddenly it’s “not eligible” or whatever wording they use. i triple checked the numbers match, the card isn’t expired, and my bank hasn’t blocked anything. what gets me is why they green light deposits and only pull this when i try to cash out. i know sometimes they want documents for kyc or anti-fraud stuff, but i already uploaded id and address last year. no new requests from them this time, just a flat “can’t use this card for withdrawal.” tried live chat but they just give copy-paste answers about card restrictions. anyone else run into this with them or other places? wondering if there’s some fine print trick i missed, or if this is just how they keep money on site longer.
