does switching from wifi to mobile data during play make online casinos review your account

i switch between wifi and mobile data a lot, mostly because my wifi in the garage drops out when i’m spinning slots. i started thinking if bouncing between connections might make the casino side suspicious or trigger some sort of review flag, especially if you get logged out then log back in quick. can’t tell if i’m just being paranoid or if that’s actually something that raises an eyebrow.

noticed a few times when i came back in on data instead of wifi, some games would reload or i’d get that “multiple session” message. no idea if that’s just normal tech stuff or if it puts your account under more scrutiny. definitely don’t want to get locked or looked into just for bad signal. anybody have issues with this, or is it just standard with online play? not sure if i’m overthinking this or if i should just stick with the strongest connection and avoid switching. i’d say, up to you - just feels sketchy sometimes, your call.

I bounce from garage wifi to data on live bets, get the same dumb multiple session thing. Annoying, not special.

I switch between wifi and data too and usually just get logged back in, so I wouldnt assume a review is happening every time the IP changes

Roulette gets touchier than slots with that handoff, i've had the table reload and a win sit pending sooo i'd stay on one connection

not every ip change, sure, but i wouldn’t wave it off either. in casino and sportsbook reviews the pattern i keep seeing is they ignore odd login stuff until cashout, then suddenly it’s “review,” a payment method gets disabled, or the account gets closed with no real explanation

nah, i doubt they're hauling your account into a back room over garage wifi. slots just have janky session handling sometimes. i've had them throw the multiple session tantrum off one bad signal hiccup, which is annoying, not detective work.

I used to bounce around doing Roulette and slots and yeah I got myself checked once, not locked, just extra ID crap after a cashout. Could've been the switch, could've been the win, I don't know. What I learned, if I'm playing I stay put on one connection because I hate the hassle

Live Dealer is worse for this imo lol, slots just reload. The multiple session thing is usually the handoff, not some account review.

yeah I think that is mostly a connection/session thing, especially if the IP changes when you switch networks, but the multiple session message would make me check the casino rules

Nah, “check the casino rules” is where they all waste your afternoon. Those terms are always mush, they’ll say they can review anything at any time, wow thanks. What actually matters on slots is whether the spin finished on their side and hit your history right. That’s the part i got annoyed with. Had a cheap fruit game freeze right as the win animations kicked in, came back to balance updated but no clear round log, support acted like i was asking them to read tea leaves. If your signal sucks, i’d worry about hung spins and missing round IDs way before some spooky account review. I screenshot the game ID now, not because i’m paranoid, because i got tired of the runaround 😒 your call

Maybe not an instant review flag, I doubt they care that much, but yeah I’d stop switching anyway. In blackjack that connection flip loves to throw a reload or session hiccup right when a hand matters, and then support acts like it’s your fault, I’m pretty done with that crap

mobile networks can rotate IPs anyway, so one IP change by itself probably isnt enough to mean anything, the repeated login/session issue is what Id watch

Yeah, i’m with the folks saying this is mostly janky session handling, not some cloak-and-dagger account review. I’ve had slots throw a fit over a hiccup, while poker balance and cashier were perfectly fine a minute later. That distinction matters. “multiple session” usually reads to me like stale login tokens, not an investigator polishing their glasses. I’d still use the strongest connection just because reload-heavy games are rubbish when the signal wobbles, that’s the bit i actually don’t trust
