maybe, but i wouldn’t call it some secret backend rule like they’re running a spy agency. this is usually the same old promo plumbing issue: the spins land late, the system tags the slot win to an expired bonus bucket, and then nobody on support wants to touch it because the screen in front of them says “promo balance” even when wagering shows 0. that part is what annoys me. people keep acting like 0 wagering means cash balance. it doesn’t, not on these casino promos. i’ve had this with delayed free spins before and the only thing that moved it was getting them to manually remove the promo flag. if they won’t do that, then yeah, it’s basically dead money sitting there.
