So I had a pile of casino credits sitting in my account, went to log in and suddenly I’m locked out for verification stuff. Had to send docs twice and wait a full week for them to finally clear me. When I got back in, I noticed all the promo credits I was planning to use were gone, marked as expired. I asked support but they’re just copying and pasting the rules about promo timeframes, which feels kinda off when it was their side holding things up.
Has anyone else run into this? Did you get your credits back after explaining the situation or is it just a dead end? Trying to figure out if it’s even worth pushing this any more or just let it go and stick to poker for a while.
