fanduel bonus credit expired while withdrawal review had my account locked.

so i had a chunk of promo bonus sitting in my account and went for a withdrawal. right after, they locked me for a review. whole process dragged longer than i thought and when i finally got back in, the bonus credit was gone - just expired. not saying i was definitely gonna turn it into real funds, but it stings to see it vanish when i couldn’t even use it because of their hold.

i know some places have strict timers, but honestly feels off that they don’t pause bonuses when you’re locked out by support. anyone else get caught in this situation? thinking about sticking to the crypto books more since at least i’ve had more direct control with those - even if it’s less flashy on promos. is there any spot out there that actually freezes bonuses during a lock or is this just a deal everyone has to live with?
