fanduel blackjack round got cancelled after dealer misdeal but my bonus timer kept running.

dealer just flipped an extra card on accident and the table froze for like five minutes before they voided the round and just sent all the bets back. what’s weird is i was in the middle of using one of those playthrough bonuses with a strict timer, and the clock kept ticking down the whole time the table was frozen and even while they were fixing the error. i ended up losing a few minutes of bonus time over it and support said nothing they could do since “the game continued functioning.”

seems like if the hand doesn’t actually play, the bonus timer should at least stop for everyone? or maybe pause for technical issues or dealer errors. i’m big on tracking time spent for max ev on these promos, and i hate burning bonus seconds for things i can’t control. anyone else have these timer situations or workarounds that don’t involve sitting out and letting the timer run empty? maybe i’m thinking about the risk-management side too hard, but this feels off.
