blackjack table closed right after i raised bet, hand got refunded but bonus timer kept going

Got a weird one here. Was playing blackjack, watching the table like usual, betting small then decided to ramp it up since I thought the shoe was heating up. The second I did, dealer types "table closed," hand gets instantly refunded but the promo bonus countdown timer just kept running down like nothing happened. No bet, no hand, but I’m still losing time on the promo.

Is this normal? I get refunding chips for a dead hand, but shouldn't they pause the bonus timer too, since it’s tied to real play? Makes it feel rigged in a way - like you could be losing value just from bad timing and not even see a hand. Curious if anyone else had this happen or if it's just a fluke. Would you hit up support or just chalk it up?
