casino voided blackjack winnings because i used bonus funds on a restricted table

Hit a weird snag with a live dealer blackjack session last night. Played for a couple hours, got some lucky streaks, but woke up to an email saying all my winnings were voided. Turns out the table I played wasn’t eligible for bonus money, even though I thought it was. I double checked the terms and saw some vague lines about “certain games” being off-limits but nothing clearly spelled out. Support says it’s standard policy, but that feels sketchy - like how are you supposed to know in real time unless you cross-check every hand?

Anyone run into this before with live dealer games? If I’m consistently playing live tables, is there an easier way to avoid these screwups besides avoiding bonuses altogether? The fine print on these promos just seems to keep getting longer.

not sketchy exactly, just lazy design. crypto casinos love vague menus and support that answers after the smoke clears, so i keep promo bankrolls in their own little trench and treat first clicks like reconnaissance.

It’s not even the category count, that gives them too much credit. Live Dealer goes bad when the lobby and bonus wallet don’t talk to each other in plain English. I’ve seen tables take the bet just fine, then support acts like the restriction was obvious after the fact, very convenient, weird how clarity only shows up once you win

Yeah nah, this one’s on the bonus, not some grand heist lol. Same garbage hit me on slots once, one dumb “contrib. Excluded” line and poof, winnings gone. I quit mixing bonus cash with live ANYTHING after that, lmao.
