live blackjack bonus funds worked on first table then got blocked on speed table

so i got handed some bonus funds last night and tried them out on the classic live blackjack table, no issues at all. ran it up a little, then figured i'd try moving over to the speed blackjack since it's usually less crowded and deals faster. outta nowhere, the system just locked out the bonus there. funds worked fine in classic but speed blackjack said nope, not allowed. pretty confusing since both are live tables from the same provider.

is this normal? i figured all live blackjack should count unless it’s a promo for just one table or something, but i don’t remember seeing any fine print that splits classic and speed. i didn't blow through all the rules but i swear it just said live dealer blackjack qualified. maybe it's coded weird? not the first time a promo's got weird quirks but this one's new to me. could just cash out but figured i’d ask - your call.
