Back to Live Dealer

live dealer promo says blackjack tables count but speed tables gave zero progress.

Got a promo email about live dealer games, said blackjack tables were eligible so I sat at two different speed blackjack tables for a couple hours. Not even a cent tracked to my progress meter. Went and read the fine print again and it just says “all live blackjack tables,” nothing about regular vs speed. I assumed they counted since they show up in the same lobby section and even the dealer chat box greeted me like it was any regular table. Maybe I missed something?

Anyone else ever had this happen? Feels like they just find ways to exclude speed tables unless you argue it out, but maybe there's something with how the side bets or timer works that messes with tracking. Kinda wild they make it this confusing. If you’ve actually seen points count on speed tables for promos, or gotten support to give you credit, how’d that conversation go?

What annoys me is the fake lobby labeling, lol. If it sits under live blackjack and uses the same dealer feed, same chat, same whole circus, then tag it the same in the backend or stop calling it the same game. This is where crypto casinos weirdly do one thing better: the wager logs are usually blunt as hell, table ID, game type, done. These old books act like speed is some secret cousin when support time comes lmao. I’d screenshot the table name and meter before/after and make them manually credit it.

Yep, same junk. Speed tables love vanishing from promos. Live roulette tracks, blackjack MAGICALLY doesn't.
