live blackjack promo counted classic tables but ignored power blackjack

saw a promo running for live blackjack this week that was supposed to count any blackjack table. went hard on power blackjack figuring the extra options could make it interesting, but turns out only the classic tables counted toward the wager requirements. not sure if this was buried in the fine print or they just silently excluded it. kind of annoyed since the promo title just said live blackjack, nothing about specific variants.

anyone else run into stuff like this where the promos don’t actually work for all the game types? is it worth contacting support, or do they just shrug it off?

Yeah, same trick as slots promos: variants get zeroed out!!!

nah, the part that fries me is the lobby labeling games like a gas station sushi tray. "live" means whatever intern tagged it that morning, then support acts like you should've known common draw blackjack counts but the shiny side mode doesn't. slots do the same cute little shell game with categories. i started screenshotting the promo card and the actual table name because otherwise they just hit you with a canned shrug. sooo yeah, contact them if you want the ritual, but don't expect a miracle

yeah ive had this with live blackjack promos and the weird variants are always the trap !!! classic counts power doesnt, same thing happened to me on vegas strip blackjack support just pointed at terms and went dead eyed about it
